We are not afraid to experiment with new technologies. This means you will be able to “run around” your future home in 3D as if you were a video game character. This will certainly give you a complete understanding of your home, both outside and inside. This approach makes the design process more informative and engaging for you.

Timelines are individual and depend on the floor area and your requirements. For a medium-sized house, expect approximately 2 to 4 months.
Cost of services
The price per square meter ranges from 6 to 30 $/m². The cost depends on the anticipated building size and site specifics, so it is calculated individually.

What should I do next after receiving the conceptual design?
The next stage is the detailed design phase, during which the project is handed over to the structural engineer, and engineers for various disciplines are brought in. As the authors of the concept, we act as the link between all project participants. Our task is to ensure that the core ideas embedded in the project are preserved and not compromised. This requires active interaction and communication with all parties.
After the structural and engineering work is completed, the project moves into the construction phase, while we can focus on developing the interiors. This work is formalized under a separate contract, ensuring clarity and transparency in our collaboration.
