Have you decided to buy a certain apartment, but aren’t sure if it’s right for you? The layout doesn’t quite match your wishes. You want to figure out how to change the layout so that it completely suits you.
YOU NEED TO COMBINE SEVERAL APARTMENTS INTO ONE
Combining several apartments requires changing the functional purpose of the premises and creating a new, unified layout.
BUYING A MULTI-LEVEL APARTMENT OR COUNTRY HOUSE
Multi-level apartments typically offer significant architectural potential, which requires the expertise of a skilled designer.
THE APARTMENT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HAS A COMPLEX ARCHITECTURE.
It has large terraces that you want to make functional, a multi-level space with a second level, and access to a walkable roof. You need a conceptual layout to estimate the scope of the renovation work and its approximate cost.
STAGES OF WORK
STEP 1. Meeting
You describe the general situation and send us the available information (floor plans, photos of the apartment (s) you’re considering). We’ll send you a questionnaire in advance so we can prepare the technical specifications at the meeting. We’ll also need photos of the property (s) and information about structural features (e.g., the presence of load-bearing walls). You can request this information from the developer or your realtor.
STAGE 2. Contract.
Drawing up a design brief. During the dialogue, we find out your wishes, habits, hobbies, the presence of pets, family lifestyle and other nuances that will be reflected in an individually developed layout. We discuss what you like and what you don’t in the apartments under consideration*. We determine for which of them we will develop layout options**.

STAGE 3. On-site visit.
On-site visit to inspect the premises, record the necessary structural elements, communications, and identify any potential issues.
STAGE 4. Layout Solution
Creation of a layout solution based on the available initial data and the client’s specifications. The plan will indicate all load-bearing elements, partitions, furniture and equipment placement, and also include all dimensions of the rooms, furniture, and passageways.
STAGE 5. Coordination
We discuss options. We select the best one that meets your needs. If you continue working with us, the cost of the “Layout Audit” service will be included in the design project price.

How long does the design and implementation of a project take?
Design time depends on the area and your requirements. Typically, it takes 10-20 days.
Cost of work
20 $/m². We only consider one apartment with the larger area from the options under consideration. For an accurate estimate, please contact us in any way convenient for you.
What will be needed for the work?
The redevelopment plan is developed based on the data you provide—the PIB plan and a photo of the property. A measured plan is not included in the cost of the work. Please let us know if you need a measured plan of the apartment.
Is it possible to obtain floor plan visualizations?
We also offer visualizations of the approved interior. Let us know if you require visualizations, and we’ll provide you with a cost estimate.
