RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN

The design project accounts for 3–5% of the renovation cost, yet it saves you significant time and optimizes overall expenses.

  WORK STAGES

STAGE 1. Meeting

We explain how the process works and our principles, discuss your design preferences, and review the implementation budget.

STAGE 2. Contract

We sign a contract for project development.

 STAGE 3. Measurements

We arrange an on-site measurement visit, carried out by our team or by subcontractors, depending on the project’s location.

STAGE 4. Space planning

Our team develops multiple options based on the initial brief, focusing on functional zoning and furniture layout.

STAGE 5. 3D visualizations

This is the stage where the concept and all design solutions are developed, addressing lighting, the selection of materials, furniture, and all other elements that complete the space.

Вопросы и ответы

How long do design and implementation take?

Design timelines depend on the area and your preferences. Typically, this takes 2–4 months for a small project.
As for implementation: for an apartment of about 100 m², the implementation usually takes around a year, provided construction proceeds without interruptions.

PRICING

Since the price depends on area and your requirements, the final cost is calculated individually. The average rate is 50 $/m² for a 100 m² apartment. It can be reduced — individually to 45 $/m² (from 200 m²) or increased — up to 55 $/m² (for areas up to 80 m²).

What budget is needed for a full turnkey renovation?

We always begin by discussing the overall implementation budget, which includes all expenses for construction works, materials, and furniture. It is important to define the target level of materials and furniture early to offer optimal, cost‑effective solutions. Every project is unique, and finishing materials and furniture are selected from different manufacturers to match your priorities.

Based on experience, the full implementation budget today starts from approximately 150,000 RUB per square meter of the project area. If the project includes complex technical systems such as ventilation and air conditioning, automation, a home theater, or smart‑home systems, these costs should be additionally included in the overall estimate. In any case, all details are discussed in advance.

Do you work in any style?

Our primary goal is to deliver a high‑quality realization of the agreed concept so that the result satisfies both you and us. It is a collaborative process aimed at achieving a striking outcome.
We do not take on projects that we are not interested in creating. When selecting a project, we always assess its potential, the client’s intent, and stylistic preferences.
